Proprietary Ownership
The HeyBobo.ai service, including its software code, visual design, marketing materials, and all associated trademarks and service marks (like the HeyBobo logo), are the wholly-owned and proprietary intellectual property of the Company. This IP is protected globally and cannot be copied.
Prohibited Acts of Duplication
This license explicitly prohibits users from copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, publicly displaying, translating, or creating derivative works of the HeyBobo.ai platform or any of its constituent parts, including the AI's output in a manner that competes with or undermines our business.
Open Source Components
While our core AI models are proprietary, we may integrate or use certain open-source software components. If so, the license for those specific components will govern that portion of the service, but the rest of the HeyBobo platform remains under our proprietary license.
License Termination
Your granted license to use the HeyBobo.ai service is automatically terminated upon any breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the service and delete any downloaded copies of our intellectual property.
