Users must utilize the service ethically and responsibly. Prohibited uses include creating or distributing illegal, harmful, harassing, or defamatory content, attempting to reverse-engineer the AI model, or engaging in 'jailbreaking' or technical attacks that compromise the service's integrity or security.
Ownership and IP
All software, proprietary algorithms, visual interfaces, voice models, and underlying Generative AI technology that power HeyBobo.ai are owned exclusively by HeyBobo.ai or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. User-generated input grants us a license to use that input for service improvement.
Limitation of Liability
HeyBobo.ai is provided 'AS IS.' We make no warranties regarding the output's completeness, reliability, or accuracy. You acknowledge that AI output may be flawed, and you agree to use human judgment before acting on information. We are not liable for any damages arising from your reliance on the AI's output.
Termination and Governing Law
HeyBobo.ai reserves the absolute right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account that violates these Terms, or if required by law. These Terms and your use of the service will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws.
